Great price for a nice but basic room after missing my connecting flight, 5 stars for the service all of the guys that worked there were extremely helpful and professional, banging Nasi Goreng too , even though its perhaps 20 mins from the airport and the rooms were very clean but basic I would definitely stay there again

i wasn’t expecting much since i was only there for transit purposes. i was greeted by a few critters as i entered the room and not long after i saw one of them on the bed! the toilet wasn’t cleaned, not even flushed, and somehow there was a balloon in the sink? so i had to ask for another room and thankfully i was able to do just that. but it wasn’t all sunshine after that. the shower was broken, wardrobe smelled weird. the aircon wasn’t working properly so it wasn’t quite a pleasant night. i ordered their airport shuttle (it’s not complementary, you need to pay a further 80k rupiah for it) but in retrospect i should’ve ordered a grab instead since the shuttle actually costs more and it was a hot and loud journey to the airport.

Worst hotel experience we've been in. The WiFi is constantly not working or with a download speed of 0.3mbps. The gym is falsely advertised, there was no gym. I have attached image showing what the "gym" is. The electricity constantly powers off and during one evening electricity wasn't available at all. To make things even worse, we had 300k rupiah stolen. Nothing was done when reported, with staff contradicting themselves and the manager/owner not taking responsibility The room lied about advertising of a free shuttle transport service but the fact is this is only free in the morning making it inconvenient for many situations. The owner wanted to talk to us, early in the morning. He apologized but then said he won't compensate for any problems. Why wake up so early to speak to only hear an insincere apology that literally fixes nothing? He even blamed the victim for the loss of the 300k but there are no security safes in the rooms. He wasted our time and sleep, and gave a fake apology which didn't fix our concerns. He tried giving the argument that since the gym is 'free' there shouldn't be a partial refund. This is illogical nonsense because one can only access any hotel gym after paying first obviously. He had the arrogance to argue, so his apology was clearly fake. Please ignore his response to this and keep in mind what I've said here and avoid staying here for your own peace of mind. It's 1hr plus away from all of Jakarta attractions too.

I stayed here for 6 hours in Nov during a transit. Air con in 2 rooms were not cold (change from one room to another room). I suspect the air con has not been serviced for a long time. They allowed early check in at 100k rupiah. Toilet smelt a bit off. Room was clean. Please service your air con. Staff wanted to sell me a taxi trip to the airport but I declined as I had my own arrangement.
