I have stayed in this hotel for 4-5 times, as I travel for work and the location is the best for me to get my job done. However, every single time I come I see the service and the room hygiene is getting worse and worse. I have been informed that my room has upgraded to a better room and here is the joke! I got a twin bed room the made the beds joint and because the room was not designed for that there was a lamp on my head! the room was very dirty, the kettle was disgusting and HOLA! the view as it was upgraded was the rubbish! have a look at the photos! in the evening some of the rooms might have private party so there is a problem with the loud laughs and noise. And the MOST ANNOYING thing I noticed in my past 2 stays the housekeeping cleaners will start cleaning the room very early morning with the noise of the vacuums and their loud conversations. my stay their was unpleasant and the reception employees will never be helpful nor friendly and they will never smile even. They don't assist you with any single thing and you will never have late check out like other friendly hotels. I have sent my feedback on the email for the third time as these issues are always their and they will promise to make a better experience next time and here we go, the only thing will make a change is making my complaint to the public on Google.

We upgraded to a family suite so had plenty of room. Not a bad hotel. The location above gold souq station made it perfect for getting around. We could walk to souqs and Dubai creek for a water taxi. The staff were pleasant. We got breakfast there and it was Ok. You can get eggs cooked but you have to ask. Enjoyed stay would stay again.

Beautiful room and environment, great staff at the front desk, restaurant and house keeping. Our stay very comfortable and memorable .Very good atmosphere look like a new hotel 🌹

The road and the neighbourhood where the hotel is situated is clean and lovely. The view from our room was amazing. Staffs at reception were available and approachable round the clock. Food was tasty and the chefs were friendly. Special thanks to Anamika and chef Rishabh in kitchen. Every item was refilled even at peak hours and we never waited for any items. Overall our trip was awesome n enjoyable as at the end of each day we had sound sleep at the comfort of our home in the hotel. One suggestion would be to change the displayed art(girl's face)in the room corridor as it's lil creepy. Thank you DAYS....you made our Day!
