This hotel is very convenient to reach out, very close to everything: shopping malls, hospital, sky train, MRT, morning market, etc. - if you are for clubbing, choose the room with windows, because you'll hear the noise until 2 a.m. - if you want to go to bed early, choose the room without window. You can hear footsteps outside, but not tragic. I have stayed in both types, the rooms are well-equipped and clean. Most of all, the receptionist and reservations are very helpful and friendly. For the price, this one is the best among 3 hotels I have stayed in this area.

Balley Suite hotel falls disappointingly short of basic expectations. The absence of a safety deposit box in the room raises serious security concerns, leaving guests questioning the hotel's commitment to their well-being. For an establishment claiming to accommodate international guests, the lack of a diverse selection of international channels is not just an oversight but a blatant disregard for meeting the varied preferences of its clientele. Adding to the archaic feel, the absence of TV streaming services like Netflix, with only a dated DVD player available, reflects a failure to keep up with modern standards. While the lady handling the check-in displayed professionalism and friendliness, the overall process was marred by disorganization, setting a concerning tone for the rest of the stay. The absence of hot water is inexcusable and significantly impacts the comfort of guests. The complimentary coffee, though a gesture, loses its appeal when guests are forced to modify their preferences due to the lack of options. The malfunctioning bed lights contribute to a subpar experience, and the state of the windows is simply unacceptable – so dirty that they might as well be frosted, rendering any potential view completely obscured. Balley Suite hotel leaves guests with a regrettable and unsatisfactory impression, failing to deliver on even the most basic amenities.

I always stay here whenever I visit Bangkok, the room is spacious & clean, good working AC. The staff from reception to housekeeping are friendly & nice. Highly recommended to stay if you want to stay in Silom area.

My husband (then boyfriend) and I stayed here with his cousin during a short trip to Bangkok in 2018. We returned this year (March 2023) expecting the same hospitality, comfort and convenience, but after 1 night, we immediately checked out the next day. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, maybe a little too convenient as it’s centred between two clubs. We got home after supper as we had just arrived, and we were met with a HUGE and NOISY crowd of partygoers leaving after the clubs have closed. During the day, it’s calm and convenient. The crowd increases at night and by midnight, it’s packed! Security was questionable, because it seems like anyone could’ve just walked in and out of the lobby! There’s no additional doors/gates that could prevent anyone from coming through the lobby towards the lift/stairs and onto the room corridors. What used to be a bright (like their pictures) and welcoming lobby, the hotel is now meekly operating amongst the chaos (even during the day, the lobby is dim and quiet!) The lobby does not smell fresh and our room smelled like cigarettes! There were no hot water or other toiletries, however, they do provide an electric kettle but the cleanliness was questionable. Our blankets and pillows did not smell fresh at all! I would not recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a calming place to stay.
