Decided to visit for Christmas Eve this way and was pleasantly pleased. I had not been to this location in almost 10 years and was surprised at how well the property has been kept up. Rooms: Very well maintained and cleaned to perfection. The only negative is the quality of the mattress and bedding. Restaurants: Good customer service and quick even with it being a major holiday. Everyone was so pleasant. New additions of restaurants offer good choices Casino: As a gambler I was pleased with the casino game selections. They have all of the current hot games as well as some of the older games left for those of us who enjoy them. Overall great stay and will return

I did not stay at the hotel. I can only speak on experience with the hotel staff for a birthday celebration that I attended on last Friday. They were pleasant and accommodating. The bar staff, Ashley and Becky, were very generous with the drinks. We all got some laughs in and I like that they weren't just all business and no fun. Who I am assuming to be the event manager (?) went above and beyond to have her staff search for some crackers. I'm so sorry I forgot your name but THANK YOU, again! The food was good. The bathroom was clean. It was a bit of a walk to the ballroom but the place is HUGE. I do look forward to visiting again and staying on the property.

No handicap parking so it was a difficult walk. No place to eat in building. Workers didn't know much hotel wasn't half full but wanted to charge me an additional $25 for a noon check, 1 additional hour. Even in Vegas I was never changed an amount for 1 hour. Will not stay there again.

The rooms are a bit dated, their offerings inside the casino offer essentially nothing besides gambling. What makes it a resort if there's nothing to do lol. I requested to checkout early because the neighbors next to my room were loud, the shower had hair all inside it, and on top of that there was nothing to enjoy besides slot machines. I requested to checkout early because I was not happy and received the run around from front desk staff for over 3 hours before just giving up and leaving.
