The staff were really amazing. Specifically, Wendy, was so helpful and super nice, even for last-minute plans. The entire staff was super nice and I didn't have a single problem that they were not happy to help with. The room was really clean when I arrived and the actual place was very nice.

For the most part our stay was okay, the hot tub/jacuzzi wasn't working, something my husband and I were looking forward to. I didn't like that as Hilton honors members we didn't get a free continental breakfast. They are still using covid as a way to charge for the breakfast. My husband and I stayed at a no name brand hotel in NC (Sleep Inn) and they had a free breakfast which also included hot choices. SMH. It's okay I see there are plenty of other hotels that still offer breakfast included with your stay. Moving on down the road...

I loved this hotel. The front desk was amazing. The lady's serving breakfast was amazing. The room was clean, and the hotel was clean in general, but really, I just want to say it again the staff here are A+++

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If you are a SMOKER I would be VERY CAUTIOUS when staying here. I was charged a $250.00 FEE after I checked out I received an email with my receipt which stated the Fee. So i called and spoke to the supervisor Zack and he tells me that the cleaner found evidence in the room. So I told Zack just because you found Marijuana flakes on the floor and blunt trash in the trash doesn't mean that we SMOKED INSIDE of the room that he could check the cameras and verify that everyone went to the DESIGNATED SMOKING SECTION OUTSIDE.This is a complete SCAM for this Hotel to get extra money. This would be the same thing if someone smoked cigarettes and threw away an empty pack in the trash. Also I asked if I had any complaints of A SMOKING ODOR coming from my room during my stay and in FACT I DID NOT. THIS IS SUCH A FRAUDULENT ACT for this hotel to take people's money. This is the EVIDENCE BELOW THEY HAD. This Hotel is CLEARLY hard up for MONEY when they are charging$10 for a cold breakfast and $12 for a hot breakfast that you get for free at any other hotel it is a basic CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.
