Overall I don't think it is a completely good place, I consider it could be cheaper for what it is. We enjoyed it there, but I am sure there are better places for the same price in that area. I am very thankful for the staff working there, she was very nice at all times and she made sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed in the beachfront villa for a week and after that I stayed in one of the garden villas for two weeks, because I liked the place so much. The view from the beachfront villa is just stunning. There's a big veranda which invites you to enjoy the view all day. The villas are really modern and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The owner is a really friendly, open and helpful guy who tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He offers all kind of advice on daytrips, restaurants, services, etc. and is available almost all of the time. As the location only offers 3 villas it feels really private and exclusive. Still you're in the midst of one of the best areas in Samui, the Bang Rak area. You have everything you need like restaurants, supermarkets, the ferry pier close by, but it's still not overcrowded with tourists like fishermans village or Chaweng. We enjoyed our stay a lot and I'm sure this won't be the last time I stayed here! I can really recommend this place.

Just incredible. Beautiful, ocean views. The villa has everything you need for your stay. Close to all amenities. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few mins walk. Room cleaned and bedding changed every day. Pure luxury. Amit is the best host. Very helpful amd there when needed. Nothing negative to report ♥️

My partner and I spent our last night in Samui at this Villa. My only regret was that we did not have more time. The villa is modern and clean. It has nice high ceilings, glass sliding doors leading to a patio with seating and lounge chairs. With only three villas in the development, it felt very private and secluded. We had views to the beach and it was easily assessible with less than a two minute walk. Local shops and restaurnts were convenitnetly situated outside on the main entrance to the villa and it is only a 10 minute drive to the airport. The owner was warm and friendly and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.We will definiely come back and stay the next time we visit.

Ban Mok Talay Beachfront Villa is a picture perfect location on Bangrak Beach. The 1 bedroom villa is huge with vaulted ceilings and a feeling of being alone on the waterfront. It feels very relaxed and comfortable compared to staying in a hotel. It's like having your own private beach house! The large porch is front row seating to some stunning views including Big Buddha (just a short 2km walk away), Koh Phangan & Koh Tao visible in the distance as well as some fantastic sunrises and sunsets. Step down from the breezy veranda to take a leisurely stroll on the beach. Easy walking location to some great local restaurants as well as Lotus & 7-11 for some quick shopping needs. The airport and other busier (more touristy) beaches are a short drive away. This place is so relaxing and calming we don't want to leave!
