We loved the size of the room and the private pool. It was a bit dated but clean. The rest of the resort was not really great looked a bit deserted and a rocky beach. The breakfast was nice, the location was great, easy to fisherman and chaweng beach but still quiet and nice stay.

Everything from location to service is amazing here. The only reason I kept it at 4 is because the rooms do need a little bit of maintenance, and there was a hole in the ceiling of the walk-in closet.

Great little spot to spend a few nights. The private pool is huge and the sun shines on them all day. The beach down from the villa is rocky but you can climb over to a sandy beach. The villa was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

Staff hopeless, less than helpful Very old aged and absolutely no extras. Phone doesn’t work no mini bar (though is is advertised) no room service NOTHING!! We were extremely disappointed in our stay. It’s out of town so cost 200 baht minimum every time you need to go somewhere and as they offer nothing you need to leave. Breakfast average always missing something. If you’re into fried rice though it is the best choice. Don’t be fooled by the pictures

This is our second accommodation during our holiday in Koh Samui where we stayed longer until our flight back home. We enjoyed the private pool in our own villa and the quiet surroundings away from the busy thoroughfares. There is a rocky beach few steps down which can be accessed within the property if you want to dip your feet in the water and perhaps go for a walk on the other side which has more sandy areas. The Villa is an old structure and has its own rustic vibes. The air conditioner in our room broke down on our last night and we were moved to another room in the big Villa which was great. The staff have been attending to daily cleanings and reception staff have been helpful with our queries. There is a restaurant next to the building which operates both for Villa guests and non-guests.
