Importantly, the taxi cannot bring you close, you'll have to walk with baggage a bit. The place is ok for a few nights if you not expect something at all. Our room was really dark, there were not enough lamps, medium cleanliness, very little space, micro bathroom (just toilet and shower) with like 50 cm slot to get inside. Bedsheets were old with dirty spots, washed though. Beds are very hard. A lot of small ants. Nobody cleaned our room during your 3 nights stay. The breakfast is a fake for me, since they offer just cereals with milk and really bad coffee-like drinks. Fortunately, there is a nice place to eat just next door to the hotel. Thus, for a family is not worthy at all, you can easily find a place for 500-1000 thb more with good breakfast and it will cost the same as this one with additional need to pay extra for normal food and coffee.

Superb place to stay. Great value and location is excellent. Local eateries are good (Family Restaurant, Duck Noodles). Beds are very firm. Water coolers on each floor are best thing ever for us fresh off the plane and not used to the heat then.

bad experience. In February, I booked a stay for 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children, for a 2-night stay, for April. when we arrived they didn't have the reservation, and they didn't have rooms. I asked what was going on and the manager said wait outside, with a temperature of 45°C. and tell me right away that I could return the deposit. after a lot of insistence because I had children, otherwise I would have left, there they got two rooms instead of 3 and charged the same amount, for 3 rooms, when I explained I had booked 1 room for 4 people and 2 rooms for two people, you said you had room for everyone to sleep and that they were a family and you couldn't complain. also the rooms where we were placed, had nothing to do with what I saw in the photos, but for much worse. the toilet is a corridor 60 cm wide, so that you can understand where we are, facing the front I almost touch the walls.
