ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED. NOTE TO STAFF: *Huge Privacy Violation*. I highly suggest you find another hotel that will invest in and respect the privacy of their guests. The room I stayed in has a bathroom with a see-through/transparent window (they put minor mosaic tape on the window but sections have peeled off.) Initially, I wasn’t too concerned with privacy since I was staying in a higher floor & my view was one way at the streets downwards. However: I left the window cracked opened for a bit because my entire room was so humid — and while using the bathroom the window cleaners were literally working right outside my OPENED window and didn’t stop even when I managed to get up and quickly slam the window closed. They continued to work right outside my window and look inside instead of leaving asap despite me clearly shutting my window from within. (CLEARLY NOT VACANT.) They did NOT knock, announce, or ask for permission etc. to see if anyone was using the bathroom for confirmation. Worse case scenario: Next time another guest is using the shower or toilet etc. with the window open to let out some of the humid steam and the window washers come again unannounced. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RIDICULOUS, AND HUGE PRIVACY VIOLATION.

I would have rated this place zero, if Google has that option. Hotel was practically empty when we visited it. There is one girl who does all the chorus like receptionist, housekeeping and handling breakfast. Rooms are not clean and it is clear that covid-19 has taken very heavy toll on this property. Breakfast was a joke and we were offered one fruit (we asked for vegetarians option). There was no buffet neither basic things like bread etc. Better avoid this and looks for properties on other side of the river.
