Banyan Tree is a paradise on earth. I could never ask for a finest, most perfect honeymoon in my life! The pool villa where we stayed was an absolute dream! Clean, spacious and with all the amenities one would need. Worth every penny. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate any of your requests and they are very kind with a smile always on their face. Received a complimentary honeymoon decoration. Also, 3 more gifts: a honeymoon gift and two Christmas gifts. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate at every restaurant there and every time the food was amazing! Lots of activities to do. I also participated in the daily candle ritual and I got the chance to get dressed in a traditional Thai outfit. We had the massage and Kim was fantastic! It was not just a massage- it was an experience! Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon that my husband and I will never forget! ❤️

We have just attended the ‘Le Petit Chef - French Classic’ experience. The service is great, and the food mostly really lovely. The lobster was out of this world, though the sirloin steak was unfortunately gristly and fatty. However, overall it was a great experience, and definitely worth spending that little extra for the wine pairing.

Superb hotel, shuttle bus & boat made a big difference. Loved the transport carts and our bikes. Food in the Banyan cafe is the only complaint, not that good. Saffron restaurant excellent. Overall staff are fantastic. To improve it would be good to have a free shuttle bus to Villa Market. Pool bar staff, Tiffy, O, J, Pang and Poo were all great

We recently had the most amazing stay at the Banyan Tree Phuket. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, providing the best service we have ever experienced. The level of hospitality exceeded our expectations. The food at the resort was nothing short of amazing. Every meal was a culinary delight, and we truly savored the diverse and delicious offerings. The resort itself is a haven of beauty and tranquility, offering everything one could desire for a perfect getaway. Our room with a private pool was well-equipped, impeccably clean, and exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail made our stay even more special. The peaceful ambiance allowed us to relax and unwind in our own private oasis. We thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque boat trip to the beach each day, organized by the hotel. It added a delightful touch to our stay, making our beach experiences even more enjoyable. The staff on the beach were fantastic, ensuring our comfort and providing excellent service. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us in booking a memorable trip to see elephants and arranging car hire. Their attentiveness and efficiency made our excursions seamless and enjoyable. In summary, we highly recommend the Banyan Tree Phuket to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating escape. We had a 2 bedroom grand pool villa and it was great! It was pretty big and more than enough space for my family (2 adults, 3 kids). We were all able to relax and lounge by the pool, etc. Service was also excellent. The property is big so it's too far to walk everywhere so you need to call a golf cart buggy to take you places. Usually they came within about 5 minutes of calling (but during peak times it did take longer sometimes). You can also rent bikes for free and the bikes are a great way to get around. The property is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is very good (especially the Thai food section), and the golf course is really nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
