Beautiful lobby. Friendly staff. Big rooms with a strong and quiet AC. The main bed had a nice and firm mattress. The second one which the kids took was a little too firm. WiFi is terrible! You have been warned!! Pillows were a little too high for the kids. I found one that I liked, but also wished that there were some softer ones. Was a little bit disappointed about the lack of amenities in the bathroom. No toothbrush? You do get new water bottles after room clean up, so that's a big plus. The light was too dark as well. Hard to put on makeup for example. Water pressure in shower was quite weak and I never managed to get warm water from the sink. There's no sound proofing at all. You will hear kids scream and run pass your door. Pool area was great! Three different pools with different themes. They were also not that deep which is nice for the kids. Water felt fresh and clean. You can communicate with the reception with the help of the hotel app. You can also order room service, which took an hour. The burger was surprisingly tasty tho! There's too few seats during breakfast. Every morning starts with you crossing your fingers that you will find a table. Food options are OK. You will find stuff to eat. Crispy bacon, finally, was a nice surprise! Talking about seats. There's not that many sun beds. Most of them will be occupied around 08.00. Not the best, but not the worst resort. We had a good stay here.

Was downgraded rooms upon arrival even though I had booked room 5 months prior, Was offered a dinner or lunch or refund, I opted for refund from price difference of room, Upon departure The hotel and myself signed a written agreement stating the the refund would be refunded to the credit card paid for as per written agreement, 2 days later I was emailed stating that this could not be done and was told that I had to contact the website I booked through for a refund even tho this was their mistake for double booking rooms, I have very little hope that a refund will be happening, Myself and my family are very disappointed with the stay and management of this hotel as false information was provided, It feels like we were scammed. If you are going to stay here, please be careful that this does not happen to you.

Just stayed here for or 2 weeks customer service is excellent untill they wanted to charge me for drinks I didn't have. Then wut the bar guy question me over breakfast over 2 beers. Very well kept hotel beautiful area location very good house keeping. Very noisy doors and bar music you won't get much sleep here as it's all hard floors, lift dinging all hours and noisy people including cleaners. Lovely pool.

It's right on the beach and really gives that resort feel. Lots to do during the day, great music vibes at night. Really easy to pass the days. Prices are on the expensive side but had a meal in the restaurant on the last night and was incredible so you get what you pay for. Kids club was great with 3 different rooms to play between. Staff fantastic and deserve 5 stars for their effort. Pools are very well set out. Big pool up top which most of the older folks went, middle area was for family and the lower pool was a good mix. Breakfast area is amazing and so well set out. Never seemed like it was too busy. Great selection too. If your undecided, take the plunge. It's a great hotel, great staff, great location though not much else about. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is located on the first line, which is actually great. However be ready there are no sunbeds (!) at the hotel’s beach. If you want to spend a time there-please be ready to take a towel and just lie on it 🙃 The other thing is a hotel’s restaurant. If you come to have a dinner please be ready that half of the menu would be not available - “Sorry finished”. In case you have a good bottle from a duty free to sip at the table while having some menu leftovers please be also ready to pay extra for this. Accommodation: Important- pics of the rooms at the hotel’s web site don’t match with the reality! We’ve been allocated to the room where the renovations have not been made at all. Dirty walls, bloated floor, cracks and huge chips on the bed, mould in the bathroom😵‍💫 The front door is so flimsy that any little Thai girl could break it down easily with just one hand. Wanna get better room in the same category? Pay extra! And at the end of the day- if you want to have a late check out, please be ready to pay twice more per night than you’ve paid while making an initial reservation. So to summarise — the only great thing here is the location 🙂
