Booked a room there with No prepayment and free cancellation, and they charged me full amount within 5 minutes. I cancelled it same time, and it’s been more than two month I don’t receive the refund. Scammers

DON'T BOOK HERE...BIG SCAM! Never even got to stay here! Option was to pay at hotel on arrival. When we arrived we were greeted by a very unfriendly grumpy man, said our booking was cancelled and hotel was full. When we told him we had travelled all this way with 4 kids he shrugged his shoulders and refered us to another back street hotel which wanted to charge us more than double. Suspicions arose with an email sent before we arrived stating that the hotel was trying to take payment. Don't book here unless you want to be robbed, left on the street with no where to stay! Despicable.
