Superb location, amazing staff, comfortable rooms. One block from the hustle and bustle of all of Istanbuls must see locations, but down a side street so it is extremely quiet in your room. The staff are beyond friendly, they treat ypu like a guest in their own home. We hung out drinking tea with them in the evenings and they gave us help with scheduling our sightseeing through reputable and affordable ways. I will never stay anywhere else in Istanbul

Amazing hotel that was beyond my expectations. Rooms are modern, well equipped and quiet. Cleaning services were on spot. The people from the reception were extremly helpful, very polite, gave us recommendations for restaurants (really good recommendations in my oppinion) and even arranged reservations for us. Even though the hotel is in the old city centre, it is situated on a quiet side street. The rooms are not too big but their facilities, looks and excellent stuff definetly makes up for it.

Hotel has superb and very friendly service. Ideally located close to Istanbul's old town and in walking distance to tram and metro. Rooms are very clean, but some are rather small and do not provide for much storage space (and don't expect views, it is opposite a car park - but that does not matter as you are out to see the fantastic city most of the time :-) Don't bother looking for outside breakfast opportunities - the hotel has a great breakfast, everything you could ask for with freshly made egg dishes, special sandwiches, pancakes etc. The hotel is great value for money and te staff are incredibly helpful and service-minded. Highly recommended!

Everything is beautiful and tidy, and the staff is very friendly. The place is clean, tidy, quiet, and the service is 10/10. I rate this place 100%, and I will live in it on every trip to Istanbul. The place is in the middle of all services, shops, cafes, restaurants, the sea and the bridge The best staff I met in all of Istanbul are the service providers Borat and Sarjan
