I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Location is wonderful and the view from my room was marvellous. The room itself is very clean, full of light and comfortable. Also a huge thank you for the staff, reception guys are super helpful and nice. The only drawback can be thin windows, that’s why it can be noisy at night but I always sleep with earplugs so that was not a problem for me. All in all, I would stay here again, for sure!

Although we stayed here just for one night we really enjoyed this hotel. The simplicity, authenticity and cleanliness was already convincing. If you then add the perfect location the picture is complete. The breakfast was not up to our taste, but that is our only point for improvement. There are a lot of tourists in this area and a more international breakfast would fit better. René & Menekşe.

Would highly recommend, breakfast is your typical continental with Turkish tea and filter coffee. Rooms are clean and well stocked. We had a sea view room (54) which was good this room has a balcony you could see some of the mosques at night lit up which were good.

Why does no one said anything about the smell in the reviews ?? I still have one night left in this hotel and l think l will leave today and find something else. There is sort of evacuation channels smell or let's say humidity smell that will make me feel sick. I couldn't even sleep. I talk to the receptionnist to change my room but he did not bring any good answer. I came here in Istanbul to rest but it seems like l will get sick if l stay here for one more night. If l recommend this place. I don't think so.

There are two type of rooms, to the front (street) and back. Had one to the front and we felt like in a club till 2 am. Windows are wafer-thin. AC is too strong for a small room, yet you don't want to open the windows (noise). Shower is old and was leaking, so the bathroom was a small swimming pool after each shower. In addition there is not a real door and it's wafer thin as well. Breakfast is not recommended, go out and eat something delicious. Could be great value for the money, yet right now it's more a hostel than a hotel. Receptionist couldn't help neither.
