I stayed here 2 nights as part of my tour organized by Caravan. The hotel has several green areas. The lobby is big, with several restaurants and a bar. On our first night there was a pianist playing beautiful music. There is an outdoor pool, big size pool several chairs and hammocks around. There is also a nice garden with labels for the trees around. The room was spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and gel were in containers in the bathtub, though, they had no labels. Towels provides. The room had a safe, iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer. The hotel has a conference center. I did not hear any noise at night but I know some people were complaining of the noise coming from the conference center. There were events the 2 nights I stayed there ( Saturday and Sunday). The fitness center hours were limited.

Very nice hotel - the grounds are well maintained with a nice garden with walkways in the back. The pool area and restaurant/bar are very nice. The rooms are good size and clean. Some have balconies. I like how your room key is used to close the elevator and automatically “pushes” your floor button.

The 1990’s are back in fashion at this hotel. This place is really trying hard, but it needs a lot of love when it comes to bedrooms - the one element that needs to be the star of any stay. We stayed on the premier level. It has a locked room near the lifts with soft drinks and food for you to use and a lovely woman ticking her list when you go in. I am sure if I had returned from the USSR, and was needing a bit of 90s glamour, then this is the place to be. For a good nights sleep, be warned that the noise of the road easily penetrates the double glazing. But best of all, the hotel room doors open outwards, so try not taking out the staff when they knock.

we booked and spent 2 wonderful nights at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, sleep in the hotel was wonderful. But our stay at the hotel was spoiled by one circumstance. Our stay at the hotel included 2 free dinners. During registration, I asked the reception desk about this, but the employee who conducted our registration replied that he knew nothing about it. I asked him again and with a look of disbelief he thrust 2 coupons for breakfast (not dinner) into our hands. We decided to go to the hotel restaurant and buy food for dinner. We spent over $80 that we didn't plan on spending on food. The hotel manager did not help us in any way, although we approached him with a request for a refund of money for dinner. Be careful, don't trust that you will be fed in the evening
