An absolutely beautiful hotel very close the the USA embassy in San Jose. Breakfast was delish with so many choices. The people who work there! Some of the best by far I have experienced in the area. English and Spanish speaking staff. If you are in need of a hotel in the area this is definitely the one. Very reasonably priced, clean, safe, helpful people. I had a little incident and the lovely man at the front desk was more than helpful. Just a gem in the city. Thank you!

Hotel is very nice , nice design , new , modern. Location is like 20 mins from city center, it’s next to the big road and around hotel you can not do much , there is supermarket in 10 mins walk and few restaurants. Hotel has its own restaurants however I did not try it. Breakfast was a bit simple, and I was expecting a bit more based on International standards for Costa Rica breakfast standard is fine. Service was nice and it is very clean.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. It is located two blocks from the embassy. Very easy to access from Hwy 27. The Chinese food at the restaurant was the best we have had in Costa Rica. Thank you for helping us!

This hotel is within blocks if the US embassy. Ez access for secure parking for motos. The absolute most gracious staff of any hotel we visit. Epitome of service. Our second visit. Would not stay anywhere else if need to visit this area of San Jose. Nicely equipped gym. Cantonese restaurant has delicious food with keto and gluten free options. Umbrellas avail for use. Thanks everyone for all your assistance!

I picked this hotel last minute not thinking or reading much about it. I was pleasantly surprised! The entire staff is so friendly (especially Jorge)! The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The interior garden is pretty. The included breakfast is good. Not a lot of options for eating within a reasonable walk but a short Uber ride instead. I have to say, Jorge is one of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered, always a friendly face at the desk and around the hotel! I would definitely stay again.
