Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Marcel and Amine embody what hospitality stands for. I was offered help with luggage (dealing with shoulder injury). My EU converter plug was in my checked bagage and they let me borrow a charger 😀 Room and bathroom where clean. Quiet, got a good night sleep. Enjoyed a cup of coffee in my room, had to leave too early to have breakfast. Comfortable Bed and pillow. I woke up rested and had my cab waiting for me at the requested time. The whole experience made for a very pleasant and affordable stay.

I don’t normally write reviews but whilst looking at the reviews for this place I did notice the amount of bad ones and after staying here for nearly two months ( I am still here at the moment ). I have to say I honestly don’t know why? I can’t see it nor have I experienced any of it. The staff are both kind, considerate and helpful! The rooms are clean. The waiting times are not too long and I personally think people are being impatient and inconsiderate. I’ll give you an example tonight I was served by stan at the bar without prompt very nice gentleman very well mannered and keen to help I then proceeded to a table for food and after having a nice conversation with Yasmin wishing each other farewell have a good weekend, Samar came to take my order and pleaded with the kitchen to make me food because I was just on closing time and she also cleaned my table which I didn’t think it was dirty but thanks :) she also double checked on me to make sure everything was okay. The service, the food and the hotel is great overall the guys/girls here are nothing but accommodating. Amine is another great advocate as he has a keen eye on the bar and again is very well mannered and helpful. Remember manners cost nothing and patience is key.

Great welcoming and service from Amine at the check in. The diner in the restaurant was very good and kindly served by Saule. The room was big and clean with a nice view on Amsterdam. I slept wonderfully. The check out was very pleasant as well with a warm goodbye by Irene. Thankyou!

I've been 5 minutes to late for the breakfast, I've just asked for a glass of juice - no foods or anything - the lady from the kitchen told me that I have to buy it at the bar. For me it's unacceptable. Never met such a poor inhuman service. Shame on you. I hope I will never be there again. Situation took place this morning. Rooms are ok, can't complain about it.
