STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! An absolute DUMP!! Good luck getting sleep between the traffic noise and the very thin walls ( if you know what I mean )! The airport shuttle only runs if the driver feels like coming in. The carpet is sticky! Keep your shoes on!! Paint peeling off the walls, bathtub faucet broken! Bathroom door won't open all the way because the toilet blocks it!NO WAY THIS IS 3.6 STARS!! SOMEONE IS LYING! One of the worst hotels I have ever ever stayed at!! NEVER A CHOICE HOTEL AGAIN!!

Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here! They false advertise by saying they provide a shuttle, which they don’t. They lied to ALL their guest, we were all in the lobby (5 different guests) requesting answers on the same topic. One guests door frame fell on top of her. An absolute disappointment. I only chose this hotel cause everything in proximity was sold out due to severe weather conditions. Worst stay ever.

Before arriving, I needed to request the “free shuttle” from the airport. Nobody answered the phone. I called 10 different times! Because of this, I had to pay for a 60 dollar Uber to the hotel. Once I arrived, I was welcomed with the smell of dirty floors and marijuana. I paid for a non smoking room but they apparently gave it away before I got there. Front desk guy said they could do nothing about it. I still had to pay the non smoking price! Front desk guy was overwhelmed and didn’t give a clear answer to anything. Avoid this hotel! Also the room was even worse. Cigarettes stains everywhere! Floor ripped up and I didn’t even trust getting into the sheets! Terrible.

The scent of marijuana welcomes you😡 The same night I checked in 12/15/23 at 5 PM I had to go back to the front desk lady to tell her the room I booked was a non-smoking room (which even had a non-smoking sign) was smelling severely with smoke scent, including the hallway (2nd floor) and the entire building, and I do not smoke. My concerns were not addressed. However, I decided to patiently wait for the next day because I had initially booked this area for the bus shuttle to the airport. When I returned to room #224 I had to use my perfume and Nasal spray because I could barely breathe and almost fainted(truthfully). While getting on the bed, my sock got hooked by a needle that was on the floor beside the bed as seen in the pictures below. The next day 12/16/23 (today) at 8 AM I checked out, did not have breakfast nor did I wait for the bus because I was sick 😷 and terrified. I am currently waiting for my $60 that was charged at the front desk as a check-in or incidental fee which was mentioned to be refunded in 2 days. If the Court is looking for 1 yes to close this place it would be my Yes!!!!!!!! Do not go there!!! It's not safe!!! It's not healthy!!!! It stinks!!!! Poor service!!!!! It's not clean!!! I wish I had looked at reviews before booking cuz you guys are telling the truth.

Bad winter storms cancelled my flight in Houston. Needed a place to stay so I thought booking this hotel late at night would be the place. Was told hotel shuttle would come to B103 at IAH and to call the hotel. Called the hotel 10 times, and even had Expedia try to call the hotel. No one picked up. Lousy. Basically stole my money. Don't recommend this place if you book last minute and try to figure out getting there when theres limited transportation late at night and that this hotel claims they offer hotel shuttle to/from IAH airport.
