DETAILED REVIEW I needed a low cost place to stay the night near the Houston airport without a lot of compromise. This place was very well priced ($95 for two nights thurs and Friday end of October), the service was amazing, and the rooms were very clean without any complaints. PROS: - very good price! - amazing service. The staff was probably the kindest and most hospitable of any hotel I've been to. Their service was very fast whenever I asked for anything. - very clean rooms, clean bathrooms - lots of space and big beds - close to the airport CONS: - 20-30 min from downtown - not a lot of natural light in my room, but wasn't too bad - close to a highway, and you can hear the cars but it's not too loud. It didn't bother me. I didn't spend much time at the hotel beyond sleeping, so I didn't get to check out any amenities.

I have been staying at ABVPI&S for the last 14 weeks. The staff is very kind and the rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet since it is on I45 South. I believe the owner lives on the premises and he is extremely nice and helpful. He once offered me the use of one of his cars to get groceries. This is both kind and very unusual. This kindness makes me highly recommend this Hotel to all of my friends. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Most places don’t let you do early check in especially on a Saturday but the lady at the front desk was able to accommodate us and give us a room. She even went out to make sure the room was cleaned since we checked in so early. We’re new to the area so we called front desk to get any recommendations about restaurants and places to go. Again, the lady was super sweet and helpful. The room was clean and actually pretty nice for the price. We will definitely come back for the service alone
