The excellent Resort in Siem reap of Cambodia. We love this resort because the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a modern style, with Cambodian traditional woodwork used throughout. My kids loved it here in a quiet and peaceful place away from the madness of downtown Siem Reap.

Disappointing Experience at BB Angkor Green Resort – Lack of Professionalism!!! As a friend of a guest who recently stayed at BB Angkor Green Resort , I feel compelled to express my deep concern over a serious and distressing incident. Money was stolen from the safe in his room, which is a grave issue in itself. However, the response of the hotel management to this theft was even more disheartening. When my friend addressed the issue, he encountered a manager who denied the situation and showed no cooperation or support. More disturbingly, the manager and the local tourist police appeared to mock the situation and casually dined together, instead of addressing the matter seriously. Additionally, the staff of the hotel and the police baselessly accused my friend's partner, which is not only unprofessional but utterly unacceptable. Such behavior demonstrates a profound lack of respect and professionalism. Therefore, I must strongly advise against staying at this hotel. A hotel should be a safe and respectful place for its guests, and this incident clearly shows that BB Angkor Green Resort fails to meet these basic standards.

Don’t usually share reviews but genuine concerns we safety for children. Although set up as a family resort (pool is super fun!) the grounds have not been maintained and there are safety concerns also buildings are run down. Quite a bit of cracking letting in rain/leaks i e walls and ceiling. Need some care and maintenance! There is a broken jacuzzi pool within a few meters of kids play area (not fenced in). The pool is full of green water and even had a dead car floating in it (not pictured)😬. Electric cables in pools of water near path and construction site near rooms. All safety concerns for small kids. Generally just needs maintenance too. Hope this post encourages BB resort staff to address some of these concerns as the space has such potential just needs some TLC and work!

Warning to all who might want to stay in this place...please dont go there for our own safety! We stayed in november there and out of our safe box in the room (somebody) stole lot of money from us ( the manager there is the only one with the key who can open the safe box!?) Neither the management nor the police i called did anything to help us just eating together. After many decade of travelling i never ged robbed not out side my room nor inside the room.....also we found out there are no cameras at all with darkness surrounding the rooms. All the information about 5 Star Resort / Quality / location / Service are all fake! The resort is 10 km away in nowhere where hard to find / the staff are uneducated in hotel business, do not speak english and are unproffessional in the job they would have zo do. The restsursnt and food was just a big dissapointment and desaster. The management or leader ship is not visible at all and if very unprofessional and not willing to help or just help if there are benefits for them. I worked myself many years in hotel and restaurant business and i must say that this place is a desgrace for the whole hotel industry in sieam reap and more. I urge people to avoid this place because they will not care about your safety only care about yiur money. We left cambodia very dissapointed with a very bad feeling about this country. This is the true story about this place!

Had a great time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a modern style, with Cambodian traditional woodwork used throughout. My kids loved it here in a quiet and peaceful place away from the madness of downtown Siem Reap. We relaxed as a family and got to see all the temples using the resorts tour guides who were very knowledgeable about everything. Couldn't recommend it more!!
