Excellent excellent service the entire time we stayed here. I felt like I had my own little team following me around, asking how could they make my stay even more enjoyable. The spa!! I couldn't move for an hr after experiencing the 90 minute swedish massage. First they clean your feet in a basin, then you are led off to bliss Every meal was fantastic. I didn't think it could get any better and then we had their brunch. First time trying frog legs and it was bomb! Highly recommend. When I come back to Cambodia, I am definitely staying here again!

I was lucky enough to stay at a couple Anantara resorts on my trip to Vietnam & Cambodia. And this one in Siem Reap was really special. Best service I've ever had, anywhere!!! The people are so sweet and helpful without overdoing it. The property is gorgeous. The rooms have everything you need (including natural bug spray). The breakfast is delicious (soooo many options). The pool, spa and bar are all a must do!! I was there with a small group, and all of us were so happy to be staying there. I highly recommend!!!

I recently stayed at Anantara hotel and had an overall great experience. The service exceeded my expectations, and the hotel grounds, though small due to being a boutique hotel, were beautiful. Despite being slightly out of the way, a short 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the city center was convenient, and the option to charge it to the room simplified things. The water pressure in the shower deserves a special mention – truly amazing. Christmas activities added to the festive experience, but the real highlight was the exceptional food. The chef's talent surpassed typical hotel dining, and they were remarkably accommodating, even with fussy kids' orders. On the downside, the rooms could use a significant makeover as they felt dated compared to the hotel's overall vibe. The power sockets were poorly designed, making it challenging to keep devices charged. Additionally, the hotel's location requires transportation for anything outside, as there's nothing within walking distance. Despite these minor drawbacks, the outstanding service from the staff, who went above and beyond, made my stay enjoyable. They even customized meals and checked in on us regularly. Well done, Anantara!
