Small room but beds are comfortable. Good location close to the shopping mall. The entrance is hidden at end of the alley. Many cats live around there and the place has a very strong cat odour. If this review was at all helpful please leave a like.

A quiet and very friendly Guesthouse with such a Great host! This lady helped us every day! I missed a mirror in the bedroom, a little fridge and a cupboard or hooks to hang up clothes. Luckily, I brought clothes hangers and hung our clothes on the window rod. There are two safes in the room. The guesthouse is very close to the river, walk to the right and at the end right again and then straight and with a free boat one can go to the opposite side to IconSiam. I love cats and there were many cats around. There is good, free WiFi in the room. I do recommend this guesthouse because the people were so nice and helpful!

This is the safe cheap hotel you are looking for, I will be using BC guest house for every future trip to BKK! The manager and locals surrounding the little building are wonderful and humble. I arrived after midnight (the night before my booking) and was alittle uncomfortable having walked from the mts subway to the quiet sidestreet. The first impression was a not so safe feeling room with a sliding glass balcony door sharing a 2nd floor walk with all the other rooms. The next morning I was greeted by a completely different atmosphere, it was a simple room with great shower and toilet. The balcony door had a interior lock with no keyway on the exterior. The surrounding street that seemed scary was now humble and full of smiling locals and corner food vendors. The beds we're clean and I did not see any signs of bugs excluding mosquitos and afew cobwebs in the rafters. (The mosquitos were minimal) There are 2 laundry ladys on the street, a great street food vendor lives to the right of the office exit and has Thai karaoke with his friends and family on Friday and Saturday nights not loud but fun to watch. The neighborhood is a great base of operation for your quiet Thai vacation exploring BKK close to the water way, afew markets. There is a Buddhist shrine directly across the street from the hotel. Good for 2 to 3 people party's. The hotel is simple and minimal but the people are nice and forgiving so don't be afraid. If you visit I highly recommend BC Guesthouse for a quiet stay👍 Photos are of the intersection leaving the hotels street, and the balcony overlooking the covered street and a car repair yard.
