We stayed in September 2023. Excellent location to reach all the central places of Naples on foot (5 minutes from the port, 10 minutes from the Quartieri Spagnoli and 2 minutes from the central Via Toledo). Present, punctual and friendly service (easily contactable via WhatsApp, clean environment equipped with all comforts. The eighth floor also ensures excellent silence for resting. The only note was that the bathroom door was blocked and made reopening difficult (the all easily solvable with a small technical intervention), which however did not affect our positive stay. Possibility to leave luggage.

Very central structure located in a quiet pedestrian area located between the town hall and the police station of Naples! A few steps from the main attractions and shopping streets of the city! Structure located on the 8th floor of a building with concierge service. Spotlessly clean, quiet and tastefully furnished environments, equipped with all comforts. Large and bright room with equally large and comfortable private bathroom! Good breakfast, available in a bar opposite the hotel. B&B in a strategic position to explore the city, a few meters from Via Toledo and the Spanish quarters in a much less busy area. Very neat and very clean rooms. Breakfast at the bar near the property included. Being in a building and on the eighth floor, during weekdays you have to pay for the lift (10 cts), the concierge is available to change money.

When we looked for where the hotel was, it was not clear how to get to it, where the entrance is, and also the entrance by an old and stressful elevator. The place doesn't even have a lobby to sit in. The owner of the place was most of the time not available when we looked for her. One time we wanted to go back to the room because we lost the ticket but no one was available at the reception.. I think it is a basic thing that someone will be available to answer for the guests. The host expects us to call her on a local Italian number when we are tourists and don't have a local SIM card, so we couldn't communicate with her (regardless of the language barrier that she barely knows English) so we ended up stuck outside our room for hours. The breakfast is also very poor and not indulgent - coffee and pastries at a cafe down the street... overall not good service for my taste and a not so good experience. A positive bright spot - the rooms in the hotel are of a high standard, renovated, maintained and very clean.

A wonderful experience. Central but quiet place. The little hotel is very nice and charming. Very attentive and careful. We had a problem with the air conditioning flap (it came loose) and they left us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The girl at the entrance was very friendly. We didn't have to pay for the elevator as stated in other reviews. I read many complaints about breakfast, but nothing to do with reality, a drink and a bun to choose from a wide variety. Free water in the room fridge. Very consistent with everything with our preferences, without a doubt, a place to return to if we return to Naples.
