Very disapointing experience when you found out that you share balconies with others. A frustrating and vibrating noise up on the roof keeping you awake at night. i am not too sure what it is. No Tv in the room. Old school set up. And when i went downstairs to have a relaxing moment on the couch, staff member came to me and said to me that i couldn't sit there as someone booked it for the night. You litteraly pay for the view only .. this is a shame i will never come back.

Please don’t make the same mistake as us. This was by far the worse experience we had in cape town. Hotel is a shared accomodation with your private bathroom but you will not feel free. Very noisy, you have to purchase everything even a small bottle of water cost 20 Zar. There is a vibrating sound in the rooms which makes it impossible to sleep, it occurs all day/ night. Will not recommend at all. Wifi is very poor and breakfast was disgusting

The staff at the Marvel just make the experience absolutely incredible! Thank you team for making our first stop on pur honey moon the best Stop! Absolutely loved it and the view is breath taking! Thank you

We had reserved and paid for 2 rooms 3 months in advance, received welcome messages the same morning and despite this, the establishment only warned us 2 hours before our arrival that they would not be able to accommodate us. After offering us a fallback solution for the first night, we were assured that the 2 rooms would be available the following night, incomprehension the next morning when we were told that the promised rooms were not available. Lots of promises that are not kept, very disappointing.
