Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely noisy and you can hear every cough from the neighbor or every guest who enters the hotel. The location is not bad as the beach and several malls are very close. However, since the rooms are disproportionately noisy, I can not recommend this hotel.

Their new breakfast menu is awesome. One of my favourite hotels in town, but previously breakfast was a let down - seems they have a new management now handling the kitchen. Delicious :)

this was such a nice find of a hotel. stayed for about a week...not sure why some of the negative reviews. Having stayed in a bunch of hotels in Dubai for the last couple months I enjoyed this one the most. The vibe of the area is super low key - theres a bit of tourists and really nice spots to hang out very close by. Even in the heat, you can walk to most of them which is a huge plus. The price is really , really good value. the rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job daily keeping them that way. The front desk staff and security were so friendly and helpful...even bringing orders up to the room and helping us with requests promptly. Checkin was smooth and checkout easy. The showers got both hot and cold and the rooms are well stocked with toiletries. The bed is comfortable, AC works great and the location is perfect. The cafe in the building closed for the second part of the stay we were there but that was a good motivation to explore others. The book cafe and the surf cafe close by were our faves.
