I unfortunately cannot recommend this B&B. We were looking for something basic for 1 night in Naples before an early morning flight, and booked this a few weeks ahead. It was difficult to find information on check in (I booked through their official website), and ended up only sending them our check-in time a few hours before we arrived. They do not regularly staff the front desk, so no one was there to meet us and we had to wait for 20 minutes. This was not a huge deal, but good to be aware of if you book. The amenities were not great - mini fridge never got cold, shower was partially broken and leaked into the main room, and the shower and toilet stalls were only separated by partial walls so there was really no privacy with another person in the room. There was no blanket on the bed (just a sheet), which we didn't realize until it was late and we didn't want to message the host and wait up to have them come bring us one. The only window in the room opened into the indoor stairwell/elevator shaft, so no natural light. Fabio who checked us in was pleasant, and the check-out process was super easy (we just left the keys in the morning), and the bed had GREAT pillows. The location is in the middle of a very fun/walkable area. A few pluses but not worth the cost in my opinion.

I don’t get how this place has such high reviews. Honestly one of the worse places I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t even know where to start, I never take the time to review but I just had to warn others. Bed isn’t comfortable, there’s noise like the walls are paper thin 12 hours a day (from very early morning till noon). The cleaning ladies don’t speak English so they’ll constantly knock on your door even if you tell them you don’t want cleaning, expect random knocks all morning 30 min apart. The breakfast was beyond disappointing, the orange juice was half full in the glass like someone drank from it and every day tasted different (at times fresh, at times like they ran out so they put a little and then water on in), the elevator broke down on our second day of stay, didn’t bother to call someone to fix it all week. Room doesn’t have air, no windows to open, the one window turns to stairway (where all the noise comes from), water in the shower either not hot at all or hot then cold then hot again etc’. Besides location, nothing is good here. I would definitely stay away it made me cranky my entire stay cause I couldn’t sleep properly.
