The room was new, clean and comfortable! Nice location in the center! The lady Anna Maria is the best! So friendly and helpful! Very nice breakfast and service!! Unfortunately,We have problem with the wifi in our room and little with the water sometimes.

I had stayed at Napoli’s Gold Hotel once before in 2016, enjoyed my stay, and decided to make reservations again for my visit to Napoli late last month. I was very pleased with the location, the friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast. Those three important things remained constant for my recent visit, but this time I was a bit unhappy with my accommodations in room #106. The WiFi in my room was poor. I had to sit at the head of the bed to get any sort of signal. Additionally, room #106 is located right next to the breakfast room and has a window which looks right into that room. So every morning before 7am, the really sweet and nice woman who sets up breakfast is banging around the kitchen, listening to rather “peppy” music on her phone…on speaker! I really want to emphasize how nice the staff is and in particular the breakfast setup lady. You won’t be able to sleep late or have convenient WiFi in #106. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, the bed and bedding was nice and clean, hot water in the rather snug shower was plentiful, and the refrigerator and tea kettle provided worked well.

Location is great, but that's about it. The staff is rude (they talk on the phone and smoke while speaking to you. When we asked to take our breakfast(which we paid for) to go on the last day(only 30 mins earlier than usual) we were told it was not possible. We were told it was not their problem that we would leave early. So far for customer service. Would not recommend .

Thank you for the warm welcome. The staff was really kind and friendly, especially the lady at the reception greeted us with a smile. My family stayed just one night but it was all good. The famous pizzeria was just around the corner. Only one concern was how to pull over the car at the right place for the valet service because of many cars parked around the building, but we were lucky to find an empty lot where a car was just leaving before us (that was the only space we could find). You should check the entrance before visiting, otherwise you will be puzzled.
