We stayed one night and will never return: Pros: Good location and that's it. Disadvantages: the room is in a peeling and very old complex, the elevator to the room barely moves, the room is small, the bed is small and really uncomfortable, and the worst thing is that we could not take a shower because the water in the shower and sink is dirty and brown in color and there is no hot water. When we told this to the person in charge, she said that's how it is and that's it.

We stayed here in August and once we returned from the night out the front gate was locked and we didn't have the key - we weren't given one when we arrived. We didn't receive any help from the person responsible and we were basically left on the street, even though we payed for the room. The person just said they don't have the key and that the entrance gate is never locked. Next day we called and asked them to tell the neighbors not to lock the entrance gate (because the owners of the hostel don't have the key) and they said they would, but when we returned - same situation. Eventually the neighbors let us in, they lock the gate because Naples isn't really safe, so it's not ok to leave your guests (girls btw) on the street at night. Rooms are beautiful and clean, even though it was a room for four people with extra bed so it was a bit crowded.

Great time ever! We had a room on top with big terrace in front plus another upper terrace. Fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean, tidy, super comfy. The staff was nice and gentle. Very good location, close to train station, old street just downstair, best pizza restaurants and famous places nearby

The bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times. Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.
