Good location close to train station. Strange setup located in an office building, but really no problem and the communal area and rooms are very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the A/C was not working which made it impossible to sleep on a hot July night so ultimately none of the positives matter when you can only get 2 hours sleep. The issue I encountered is the same as described by other reviewers here, where the A/C does not go below 28 degrees, albeit set on 16 degrees in our instance. It is strange to read this now (days after check-out). When I raised the issue with the manager his response was “first I’ve heard of an issue” and the he will have to “arrange for maintenance to inspect”. Hopefully that happens and issue can be fixed. Sadly the manager offered nothing more than an apology, albeit we paid for a room with A/C and received a room without A/C. A different room should be a different rate!

We stayed there during our visit to Milan. Is a really interesting place. Not like anything we went before. Very artistic! Also the guy in check in was very polite and friendly! I would recommend it to anybody who would like to stay in somewhere different and likes art!
