Unfortunately this was my worst experience. The hotel requires a deposit of EUR 200 in cash or a credit card. It's okay, I have an Apple Pay card (which has always suited everyone). But such a card did not suit them, and the hotel staff did not want to do anything to help understand me. I couldn’t withdraw cash from the ATM, and I had to go and book another hotel. My Apple Pay card worked perfectly for them.

The location and price you can't go wrong, walking distance from the peeing statue and grand palace, and many more. Bed is comfy, shower/bath is nice. Has AC/Heating. You can request 3 pin adaptor at reception. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Great views of the city from 8th floor

1 Star because of Bedbugs! I liked the hotel and I really wanted to give a good review, because the location is really great (like two minutes away from the manneken piss) and prices are fair. The room was always clean and everyone working there was really nice and helpful. My problem? Bedbugs! I got bitten and all of the bites were only showing back at home so I most likely spread them to my home in Germany. If you have a problem like that, be at least honest with guests, because I would have taken more precautions if I knew. Really atrocious.

I also thought the bad reviews were fake! The worst first when you arrive they ask for card guarantee or 150e cash after you make a reservation. No flexible checkin until 15h and you might waste more time in there queue and when checkout they ask you for city taxes 4.25e and the behavior of the receptionists is disgusting I prefer add half price and go to normal place

UNIMPRESSED… Currently staying here and not impressed at all… for starters they gave us the wrong room but they did fix it so that was fine… then we get into the new room and the window was left open and 2 bugs were flying around, the heater did not work and it was VERY cold in there. We called down and asked for them to fix the heat the receptionist said “his colleague” would come check it 5 hours later still no fix…. The pillows are terrible quality and the room in general is outdated with uncomfortable beds and peeling walls. The railing in the shower was also broken so there’s no safety for stability there.
