We enjoyed our time at Bedouins Desert Camp. The food was decent to good, the tents were large and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Mostly, we enjoyed meeting other guests and touring the desert. As every review will say, the Bedouin are very hospitable and that hospitality is in force here. I am pretty sure that BDC rents the tents from another group, and therefore they are not as flexible in their pricing as owners can be. If you come to Wadi Rum, you are advised to check in at the Visitor's Center at the entrance, which will book tours and accommodation for you at the correct rates. Did a 1N stay at the Bedouin Desert Camp over the last weekend. I must say it has been the most memorable experience in Jordan! The fees were honest and reasonable, the staff (Attala and Faizal) were friendly and resourceful, the half-day jeep ride to various attractions were mind-blowing, the food was pretty great, the accommodation we had was decent. Of course, the weather helped - it was a clear day/night while we were there in late Dec. The overall experience has been priceless. If you're still considering which attractions to go to in Jordan, make sure you have this Wadi Rum at the top of your list. No, make it a must-do item! PS: And to all the crazy and friendly people we met there (Dutch, US, Canada and Italy), enjoy your next destination!

We left our hire car in the village and were taken to our camp in a jeep. Dinner was good but breakfast terrible. The next morning we waited 3 hours to be taken back to our car. During that time we witnessed the most disgusting house keeping. The staff folded up the blankets on our beds and the towels we used and left. Basically they don't launder their linen. Bring your own sheets and towels
