This camp has seen better times for sure. Full of stars tent accommodation is worn out. Half of them are dismantled. The remaining ones have multiple repair marks and practically plastic severely damaged by weather. I was able to see stars only at 4 am. The wooden walkway full of nails and basically complete trap for walking in the dark. WiFi existed only around reception and restaurant. Transfer from visitor center is another point of great concern- cars so worn out and practically falling apart. Staff not care about those things and react rude if anyone make them comments about these issues. If you really want to stay there then choose cheaper tents without any hesitation or better go somewhere else.

What a surprise this was. This is definitely luxury camping. And the location in Wadi Rum is out of this world. No need to describe the tents since there's plenty of pictures. We went in mid-February, so it was a bit chili. However the heater kept the main part of the tent nice. I'm just glad I didn't need to take a shower, the bathrooms only get whatever heat leaks through (which ain't much). The meals were more than adequate, nothing fancy. But a decent variety of Jordanian buffet food.

The cabins were in sad condition, no coffee in rooms. No fridge in room, the air worked well. Big split in front door that flies and other desert bugs could fly thru. Thought we were going to be treated to a fantastic evening fest, typical buffet.

Lovely location, food was great, staff were friendly, epic shower with loads of hot water, food was good. Bubble tent was great fun, we could see stars from our bed. It’s a pressurised tent so there is a fan but not too noisy. No shade if you wanted to chill in camp unless you went into one of the main buildings so no view. As it’s half board I think water should be provided with food. The tours are not arranged through the camp they are arranged with the Bedouin that transfer you from the village so the reception has limited info on prices and itineraries and found it confusing with pick up times.
