Nice location. Wery, wery tasty food in the restaurant.frendly staff.you can use two languages : English and Russian. If you want to really tasty dishes...you have to visit this restaurant!

The worst hotel service I have ever received in my life. I booked this hotel through the Agoda app and I have approval for the reservation. When we arrived at the hotel, they did not acknowledge the reservation and did not receive us and said that they did not have rooms. When I contacted customer service in Agoda, they tried to contact them, but there was no response immediately, as they did not respond. In the morning, they acknowledged the reservation, but I had already booked another hotel and it cost me much more than the reservation I had paid. I always book using the Agoda app, and this is the first thing that happens. These things happen only in Turkey, and this indicates that they are dishonest and deceitful. I will advise everyone around me not to approach these hotels. Scammers

I had an amazing experience at the Beethoven Hotel's spa in Istanbul Fatih. The Hamam scrubs were so invigorating. The scrubbing was done with traditional materials, which made me feel like I was being taken back to the original Turkish bathing experience. After the scrub, the masseuse used a special foam to slightly massage my body, making me feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable. I felt my body completely clean and refreshed afterwards. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I felt like I was being taken care of in the best possible way. Overall, I had a wonderful experience in the Beethoven Hotel's spa in Istanbul Fatih.
