We spent here 7 nights. It is an awesome hotel in an awesome area. We had a pleasant stay and never faced any issues. Their breakfast buffet is so so so good. I highly recommend it.

Excellant, absolutely beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast most wonderful with a variety of foods. Their sister hotel , just down the street, had the most delicious dinners and the staff was so friendly and went out of their way for us. The hotel even made our far pick up/drop off at the airport. They all made this trip special, thank you all!

The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is fantastic. However some of the staff leave a lot to be desired. The guy who carried our cases found that our key card didn’t work, he said he would go and sort the keys. We waited 30 minutes for him and as he hadn’t returned I went to reception to find out what was going on and they said they hadn’t seen him! On our final night our card stopped working again, as we had booked an extra 2 nights due to a flight cancellation we assumed our card had just timed out, I went to reception and they reprogrammed my key so I went back upstairs to try again, still didn’t work so went back down. The chap from the first night was instructed to go and open our door with his master card and then check our keys, we went upstairs and he opened the door and then checked ours to find out that they still didn’t work. He said he would get the engineer and come back to us quick, needless to say he didn’t return. I can only assume he is family of management as there’s no other reason anyone would employ him!
