The hotel owner is a very polite and helpful person. The room is very luxuriously furnished and the price is very affordable. A very comfortable room. We had no dissatisfaction. However, since it was located on a very narrow street, we left the car in the parking lot. The only problem was not being able to open the window and curtain because it is located on a narrow street and there was exhaust smoke etc. Moreover, the apartment building across the street has a very easy view inside due to the narrowness of the street. The hotel is located in the center of Karşıyaka. If I were to go again, I would stay here.
