Dirty sheets, no hot water for hours, half used toilet paper is given when asked, bathroom water drain doesn't work properly it was a small pool.

First of all, they make fun of people. On Sunday, December 10, the employees are very egoistic and arrogant. Leave everything behind. It's 1 o'clock in the afternoon, there is no hot water and we leave the room without taking a shower. Then they defend us, we are wrong, they are right and we book another hotel, they bring us here by telling us the location. I think it's because it's the same person's hotel. It's a complete disgrace. Even though we don't know the tourism business, believe me, we would have to say a lot of things, but it's their fault, I don't recommend it, it's not suitable for families at all, have a good holiday to everyone.

They charge 1400 lira for an overnight stay without breakfast, but it's not worth it at all. We stayed for two nights because we had to. Hot water does not flow. The air conditioners either don't work at all, or they work so loudly that you can't sleep. There is no elevator anyway.
