We stayed for 2 nights at Bel Marina and it was lovely. It is one of the only property in that area which overlooks the river. The location is perfect and the hotel provides free bicycles which makes it easy to explore nearby places. We are also greeted with a welcome drink and cookies. The room was really huge and very well done aesthetically. The staff is very kind and sweet. The pools were amazing too. The only issue we faced was vegetarian options in breakfast, apart from bread butter, fruits, potatoes there was hardly any hot breakfast for vegetarians, the waffle station was not good either. Even a simple papaya salad had beef in it. We also faced some language barrier as we requested for bath robes but the housekeeping couldn’t understand it and didn’t provide it. We also had an issue with the bathroom shower, however they instantly sent a plumber to repair. One of the highlight was the free Tai Chi/Yoga class for the guests in the morning. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this property if you’re looking for a luxury stay.

Quiet riverside property away from the bustle. The rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. Our room did smell musty when we arrived but the smell cleared out once the room was aired. Grounds are ample and the breakfast buffet spread is delectable. The staff are extremely polite. The Old Quarter is just a short walk away.

Location was great because it was a 5 minute walk away from the main streets and restaurants but still so close. This hotel was quiet, clean, and beautiful! The breakfast was also really great. There is a strange smell in the bathroom, like there isn’t enough ventilation and there is likely a moisture problem. But it didn’t bother us very much

I don’t know where to start… what an amazing hotel! The location is great. Very close to the canal and the old town, in a couple of minutes you will find yourself in the middle of everything. It is also far enough to make your stay quite when needed at night! The rooms are so cute, so well designed. The bed is huge and super comfortable. There is an amazing pool with different water depths. The kids have their own shallow-water area so the adults can actually enjoy a nice swim or a drink at the pool bar! There is also an amazing infinity pool at the roof deck! The staff is nice and helpful always with a nice smile! The breakfast buffet is also really good and rich of options. There is an egg and pho station. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful resort overlooking the river, with great amenities and organized activities. The resort even had information about the local gecko and how to spot them. The reception staff is world class in assisting you have a great time; especially Liz who was very helpful and welcoming. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety for both vegetarians and non. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this area in future.
