The stay at this Hotel was the best of all my stays in Vietnam. The staff really take the time to care for all your needs. The place I booked originally (NOT the Royal Riverside) was absolutely terrible. I turned up at the Royal Riverside very stressed and hot. They helped me out so much, it was like turning up at a friend's home. Mr Hao the owner of the Hotel personally drove me to pick up my belongings and my partner. The manager Phi really looked after my partner as he had twisted his ankle. She bought him things to rub on it to help it heal. There were other staff members that were outstanding. I'm not sure if I have the spelling correct but they were Crau Na, Than and Suong. The Hotel was clean, the food was great, the pool was awesome and the staff were amazing. The free bike use was also very handy. We used these ever day. We stayed there in August 2023.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, and the food was delicious. What made the experience truly special was the exceptional staff, especially Manager Phi, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. And the pool was a refreshing bonus! Highly recommended.

Fantastic little hotel on the canal in Hoi An, close to the old town, market and many restaurants. Staff were exceptional in their service, rooms are very well set out and of a decent size, pool was magnificent and buffet breakfast was excellent. This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam, with the exception of our overnighter at Ha Long Bay. Give this place and Hoi An high priority if visiting Vietnam.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. These rooms had a bath in them, which unfortunately we did not get to use. Room service was excellent. We use in-house laundry to get some clothes washed and they were returned to our room the next day. It was about $7 AU per kilo of clothes. Well worth it. Breakfast was good. Large variety of food options. Eggs cooked right in front of you as desired. Fresh fruit too. Front of house staff helped us numerous times and seemed happy to do so. Location was ok except for the vacant lot next door that took away from the look of the place, but it was only a short walk to the old town. We had a great view of the river from our room. The pool area is small and quickly runs out of room if there are almost of people there, but it was a little oasis in the heat with a shallow end and a nice deep end for those who want to completely cool off.
