Very clean rooms in the heart of Naples. The location is very central and safe, next to metro station Universita. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. The beds are comfortable. There is everything about a comfort stay in the rooms. The owner Francesco is a very kind person, always available. He was in touch with us by messaging every day. He is always there about questions and advices. We highly recommend Bellorizzonte. Thanks, Francesco!

Great stay in Naples! We felt very safe here, and were within walking distance to the ports and a bunch of great restaurants. Francesco went above and beyond with his service. We would definitely stay here again!

Do not bother with this property!!! I am utterly appalled by the treatment we received from the property owner during our attempted stay. Despite having paid for a three-night reservation, we were shockingly denied access to the property simply because we arrived past the 6 pm check-in time. This level of inflexibility and disregard for guests' needs is utterly unacceptable. The fact that the property owner had the audacity to take our money and then refuse us entry showcases a flagrant lack of integrity and basic decency. It is deeply concerning to see that our experience echoes that of numerous other guests who have similarly faced mistreatment and exploitation. I can see that many people had similar experience ! The owner’s reply was ‘ you did not stay at my property’! Obviously people did not , as you denied access ! If you consider straying at this property and you think you may arrive past 6 pm , do not risk it ! All you will get is a verbal abuse from the rude owner and no place to stay

I've experienced the most unpleasant feelings in these past few years. The owner of this hotel from Bellorizzonte, is not ethical way of business. I booked this hotel from Booking.com. Due to an unavoidable accident on the first day of check-in, my check-in was delayed by 2 hours (I arrived at the hotel at 8 PM). During that time, communication was impossible due to the accident. I understand that the reservation for that day had to be canceled (with payment), but I find it hard to accept that I wasn't allowed to check in for the next three nights either, despite having paid for them. I directly called the service center every day, trying to arrange for check-in (I was ready to check for every sing 3 days), but it was unsuccessful. One of the representatives of booking.com support even told me not to worry and that they would handle it somehow. They acknowledged that this situation was unusual. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. I am requesting a refund for this booking. Booking.com said many times that the owner doesn't have intention to refund due to my 2 hours delay check-in. This is highly unfair. Charging the full price for four nights just because of a 2-hour delay and refusing any refund seems like a scam to me. I have never encountered a hotel like this anywhere in the world. I do not recommend Bellorizzonte at all.

We were here for the second time and everything was amazing again. Francesco, the host, is the best - friendly and helpfull, he will give you best guidence to explore the city. Rooms are comfortable and very clean (cleaned every day) and you have everything you need. Location by far the best in the city, few minutes walk from Old City Center, Spanish Quarter and great connection for anywhere you want to go.
