We stayed two nights and everything was perfect! The staff is great, always ready to help and give you all necessary information's. The nearest metro station is around 100-150m.

Terrible hotel, from the service to the stupid hotel staff. Why should a hotel guest pay for employee mistakes? At first, when we first arrived, we were given a room with a window that overlooks the mine. The employees did not warn us that there would be no view, that we would live in a crypt. the employees pretended that this was normal. we asked to be moved to another room with a window, where there was at least some light and a view of the city, as indicated when booking. the staff said that there were no more rooms, although we were ready to pay extra for a larger room, since this could not be done online initially. They moved us only the next day, when we again reminded us of this; by the way, we slept poorly, like in a coffin. we were moved to the same room, but higher, we finally had light from the window in the room. breakfasts are meager, very little of everything, stale bread, only regular milk, and I am allergic to cow's milk. further, when we were leaving, we showed the luggage that needed to be loaded into the taxi, they loaded it and for some reason they put in a suitcase that was not ours. We didn't see this. halfway to the airport they called us from the hotel and asked us to come back, we explained that we were late for the airport and it would be better if the taxi driver dropped us off and returned with the necessary suitcase, the hotel employee said that this was very important for them and asked us to come back anyway, and they will take us to the airport very quickly and pay for everything. we returned, they took the required suitcase, although they wasted 40 minutes of our time on this and went to the airport again. when we arrived at the airport, the taxi driver demanded full payment for the trip, including a return to the hotel, I was simply furious. We agreed with the taxi driver and paid less, but we suffered great moral damage during these three days. I do not recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 5 days and we love our experience,the staff was so friendly "Receptionist Furkan" off course it’s won’t be the last time in bentley hotel
