Rude staff. I have the worst experience there in my life with the night shift attitude. The prices are very high compared to what we get. Very bad cleaning. The AC is just a fan. The smell of cigarettes. No shampoo no soap. Not suitable for the families.

April. 2023 - Room is after "reconstruction" fresh paint. Every day clean room. I have room without look just stairs an window. Old reception man is really sympatic and friendly and very helpfly. Head door after half night (cca 2:00-6:00) is closed but still is ring bell. Sometime electric in Taksim is gone i recommend the stairs but nothing happened.

Spacious rooms, the elevator is small though. Location is very good for people wanting to stay in taksim. Staff are helpful and friendly

Let me share also my worst First night in this Hotel in Istanbul, I paid everything in Germany, when I went to hotel and talk with receptionist, he was very rude characterless, he says you don’t have room, because your room is already booked, first I thought he is jocking, but I was going to serious, what does it mean I don’t have room, he says go to another hotel, so I will shortcut it, I called police , and the police told me tonight go to another hotel, tomorrow your room will ready and come, when tomorrow I came back to this hotel, they gaved me a room which that room would not coast for a whole month for 100€, and I paid almost 700€ for one week without breakfast , lunch or dinner , that was my worst vecation in Turkey,
