I was really nervous about staying here after I read the reviews especially as the travel agent booked for us. It’s not as bad as the reviews say. The rooms don’t match the quality of the lobby, but the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary chips and Oreos in the room was a nice bonus, breakfast is vegetarian but there’s enough goodies to enjoy and fill your belly. Strange staying at a hotel in a shopping centre (mall) but also handy and makes the location more accessible.

Rooms are spacious enough but a serious furniture update or makeover is heavily needed . Views from the rooms are stunning,this is a plus.The hotel lobby was in a "weird" setup/design where the traffic flows of check-in/out v.s guests coming out from elevator fill up the lobby quickly. Wifi seems not working most of the time. Breakfast was ok,food is fine typical of what you would expect from any hotel food.

A nice hotel centrally located in KL! The hotel is quite old so the style of the room is quite antique (not modern): a large carpeted space with a great view of the city. It’s close to Bukit Bintang, which is the main place to go for shopping and night walk in KL. The surrounding area is vibrant. The mall itself isn’t worth going to.

🚨DO NOT STAY HERE!! Worst stay ever, starting from room and facilities, ending staff. Firstly, we booked Axon hotel through the booking, but they transfered us to this hotel, as they said, because if not working AC. The staff said, that we will get a good and nice room. 🤢The room had a sink and a bath with MOLD, the towel was dirty and ripped and there wasn’t enough of hot water for two of us. We decided do not spend the second night in such a terrible place and when we asked for staff to return money for the second night, they redused to do that. We feel really scamed. First stay in Malaysia and such a bad experience, haven’t experienced so bad communication in our lives.😞😭

The place is falling to bits. Of all the places around the world iv stayed in ranging from 3 to 5 stars never had I had to switch the hot water on before going in the shower. Are we in the 1970s? Extremely poor hygiene cockroaches in the breakfast area and also found one in the bedroom. Cleaners do not mop the bathrooms when cleaning or vacuum the room. The guys in the breakfast area have really good service and always happy to help especially the guys on the omelette station. Location is very good with mall next door and 7eleven downstairs, train station also very local. Overall I do not recommend this hotel at all. Due to the hygiene issues and lack of care
