Well located just next to Taksim square, heart of the city. The street is quiet but steep. Staff was super friendly to us during the whole weekend. We had a nice room for two on the top floor. Breakfast was Ok. The piano in the lobby is a nice touch. We spent a while in the spa area and had a strong but efficient massage. Room and bathroom is relatively small. For us it was enough. There was a faint cigarette smell. Overall good experience there ! Would go again. Don’t expect 4 stars luxury if you go though.

The boutique hotel is 3 min away from Taksim square which is perfect but the service is not so great. The bread at the breakfast was not fresh eve though bakery is 2 min away. Tomato is cut n big slices which I expect a 4 star hotel to be more fancy and detail oriented. Paper cup at the breakfast was also demotivating. The staff were friendly though. Swimming pool and hammam was not clean enough to try. Overall it was a nice stay.

Pictures are nothing like reality rooms are clean but small .and the most important thing is the bad service from some impolie employees especially in the breakfast area. I came several times to istanbul all the hotels I went too were great but this one is not as expected. But the employees at the reception are nice And to be fair the manager and the rest of staff made their best to apologise and make a reward .

The hotel is terribly dirty and not nice😡 , the lady staff in the reception is amazing but the rest of the staff including the manager are very rude , the food was so bad you can't enjoy your breakfast at all , first of all a very bad breakfast is presented to the customers than the very bad smell of cigarettes as the smokers can just smoke near where you eat your breakfast, and the very very bad part is the staff who are working in the hotel they are coming at the time of breakfast and serve themselves having food and take everything to there office or wherever and some of them they even eat in the small kitchen in front of the customers. Very unprofessional staff, rude and they don't provide even 0% of customer service. Not recommend at all ❌️
