Had a great stay in London for my Mum’s birthday. I’d mentioned it in the booking process and they have us a few treats. We were checked in by Sona who was lovely and made us feel at home. Thank you!! We had a lovely stay in our room 😊

Location is really nice. The hotel has cute design and is cozy. The apartments are clean but too many things need being repaired. The staff is very friendly and smiling, but is not able to resolve actual problems with the rooms. After three attempts to fix the air conditioning it was still broken. Also, the water was just warm in the shower and you can't make it really hot. You can spend here couple nights but I wouldn't recommend this for a long stay.

Can’t say enough about our stay at Bermonds Locke. The location is great, in the hip area of Bermondsey Street with great restaurants and close proximity to the London Bridge station. The bus station is right outside the door of the hotel. The design is phenomenal with a great lounging /working area you can use for free as you wish. The workspace which is open for everyone is always filled with the coolest London youth making the hotel even more vibrant. In the morning, you can have the best coffee and pastry, in the evening you can bring a bottle of wine and just lounge listening to their great playlist or enjoy the swing which my son got obsessed with. The former restaurant is now an event space that offers various workshops. The room was very big, given everything you get in London is the size of a box. Everything was clean and beautifully designed with a small kitchenette that you can use for long term stays. I was surprised to see they had a washer, too. The rooms are very quiet and cozy. We also loved interacting with the staff that were very friendly and welcoming. All of this for a very good price. I look forward to coming back in Summer so we can enjoy the amazing patio. Thank you!

🚿🧊❄️ Nice and sizeable rooms and room facilities but the hot water in the morning is not reliable, and apparently could not be fixed in time for me to get a shower before my working day despite phoning in early to let them know straight away and everyone in the building also reporting the same issue (and if you look through the Google reviews, this is seemingly not an uncommon issue at this location). Not a problem if you don't mind freezing cold morning showers in the middle of December though (really not for me though)!

Stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Staff were friendly and helpful, I liked that there was always someone available. Felt very safe and we loved the coffee shop along with the general atmosphere. Room was nice and the location was good, 10-15min easy walk to transport, Tower Bridge and a couple of grocery stores. Definitely would stay again.
