This was a one-of-a-kind hotel experience. We were in the city center of Florence where everything was easily accessible. Our room was impeccable with gorgeous views of the duomo! Staff was attentive and went the extra mile for us daily. In the evening, they sometimes have singers or piano players in the lobby, it’s fabulous! The breakfast was wonderful as well. Not one complaint about Hotel Bernini! I will always remember staying there with my mother!

This hotel was a life saver after a horrible hotel experience nearby forced us to check out early and look for another place to stay during our honeymoon. Upon hearing our plight, the Bernini hotel manager generously upgraded our room and the staff gave us perfect service during our stay. The room was grand and felt like staying in a true palace, with a walk in wardrobe and marble bathroom. Breakfast daily had a huge selection as well and in a historical chamber. Consider staying here if you want to feel like a duke; doge or duchess of Italy!

I booked this hotel for business and coincidentally it was my birthday. The reception staff were very kind of helping me to change my room to a brighter one and also I received a gift from the hotel for my birthday. It was a great stay and I would like to thank the reception staff for being so accommodating and for their superb service. Also the hotel is very central and it’s easy to get to nearly everywhere which is very convenient. The breakfast was quite delicious too and in room dining was of a restaurant duality.

We booked this hotel because of its central location and were not disappointed. The room was small, not unexpected but it had everything we needed. Housekeeping was really good. We got complimentary water every day, we got a lovely box of chocolates upon arrival and sweets each night as part of the turndown service. The included breakfast was good with a wide selection to satisfy most palette's.
