Bad experience! The air conditioner in our room did not work at all. We requested a few times over a period of 2 hours. We talked to the front desk again and the owner told me to “sushhhh keep quiet” and mentioned “this is all you get for an economy room”. During this process, not once did they mention to wait for the technician or to change to another room. Air conditioner was fixed later but a disrespectful experience. Economy room is like pod size. See picture below

We got into best hotel after a few issues with Airbnb’s, they upgraded us to their apartments since we were staying long but even though the rooms were bigger… they were not well taken care of at all! Cracks in the walls, random leaks and missing drawers! My Mom and aunt had to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to their room. There was a huge storm is Istanbul and we woke up to water dripping into our room and bathroom at 6am! They upgraded us to a bigger room in the new building and that was nice. When we asked for some compensation or discount for the inconvenience they said our stay was non refundable and the best they could do was give us a bigger room. Best to stay in the newer building.

- Location is great. - Very affordable price: P/P is very high. - Very clean. Even I did not expect it. - Staff is very friendly and responsive. - I would stay here again next time. Only thing is their small room is bit small for 2 people. If you are 2 people better to choose their bigger room.

Booked a double room and made a remark when booking will check in after 12am, but receptionist gave my room away due to high demand. When turned up check in receptionist feel sorry gave my room away and offered me a two bedroom apartment instead with the same price, can't complain more. Super friendly and helpful receptionist. Down side there was a water leak from the apartment unit above my room.
