Absolutely lovely staff, rooms, atmosphere and services. Umar service and work efficiency are above and beyond and lovely person to be sat front of house. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Really worth staying, intact it is a must stay. So close to any and everything your need.

The location is good, the service is considered bad, especially for toiletries. Room for three persons, with only one towel!! Even we ask, they said they offer only one for each room. Breakfast is the worse as no options at all, u can’t even consider it as a breakfast!

During our stay, we had hot water issues in our room and it was obvious that our pillows etc. were not clean. Every day we had to repeat the same problems over and over again. Neither a different room was allocated nor did they offer an alternative. The staff was kind but it doesn't matter if you don't think about the customer. It is among the hotels we will never recommend in our own tourism agency. I definitely do not recommend it for those coming from abroad. It is a place that absolutely does not deserve the price it receives. The staff let us know that they can't do anything about it. I am sorry for the price and for some friendly staff. They offered nothing in compensation. When you book it remember that the hotel does not care about their customers and for that price range there are obviously better hotels in the area.

My wife and l had a fantastic stay for a week in one of their premium rooms. All staff were friendly, energetic and extremely helpful. An excellent approach to customer focus was always upheld. The breakfast buffet was average in comparison to high end hotels however was clean and fulfilling. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable however keep in mind there was only stair access to this side of the hotel rooms. We must say having communal washing machines and dryers were definitely handy. An excellent location for food and shopping. Close proximity to ferry’s and metro, easy traveler to Europe side of Istanbul. We definitely will stay again and highly recommend..you will not be disappointed. Thanks to all Mezzo Hotel staff especially to Emre 👍
