Easy check in. Close to airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Super kind and helpful staff. Free and easy parking. Surprising well equipped fitness room and an awesome spread for breakfast with hot and cold spreads (probably one of the best we've seen in a hotel) see pics. Safe neighborhood but not in walking distance to anything.. which makes it pretty quiet hotel. Stayed in family suite with two adults and three kids.

Do not book here if you want to be able to sleep. We booked this hotel because it is close-ish to the airport and we had an early flight. It was booked through a third party - we already paid in advance and when we arrived, they told us they didn't and charged my card. I had to speak with a manager to show them it was already paid. When we opened the door to our room it was hot and musty- smelled a bit like mold-- it was evident the room wasn't used in a long time. No big deal, we turned the ac on to cool it off and set it to a reasonable 21c. They have the heat/air set on 77 degrees (25 Celsius). We called to ask if they could turn it down and they advised us to open the window. They turned it down 1 degrees and when opening the window, alarms were going off all night. Also, it was letting bugs in. So we shut the window and spent a restless, sleepless night, sweating in a room that was blowing hot air with no air circlation. If you're comfortable sleeping in a hot sauna of a room - book it. If not, don't waste your money.

Fantastic, comfortable, conveniently located Best Western- minutes from the new Zagreb Airport. Helpful, knowledgeable staff available 24/7. Incredible buffet breakfast...and much more! That is why I/we stay at BW Stella every time we visit Zagreb, for years now!
