Excellent hotel. Very cozy, spacious and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is an easy reach just 15mins with public transport from the Zagreb's city center.

It is a good choice for those who need to have a short stay closer to the airport. The hotel has a nice Spa, with sauna, jakuzzi and additionally paid massage, i took it and it waa really good!The breakfast and in dining food is not really tasty, although there is a steak restaurant right next to the hotel and it is very good!The rooms are big and a bit out dated but still proper to stay. I would like to mention that the staff at the hotel from receptionists, to spa workers and waiters are really professional and helpful! I would recommend staying at this hotel in case you are already familiar with Zagreb's city, as the location is pretty far from the center of Zagreb.

Stayed one week in October.Single lady traveler. Very unwelcoming stuff at the reception.Lock wasn't working on the door.Had to leave the luggage in front of the door and go to reception to sort it out. Bad start. Dirty big spots on the floor.No basic amenities in the room like sewing kit, toiletries in the bathroom or pen and paper as should be expected from 4 star hotel. After breakfast was stopped and asked in front of other hotel guests to be told that mine breakfast wasn't included and they need my signature.After insisting that was there was, no apology from front desk lady Naomi even was her fault not bothering to check up properly in her system. Terrible arrogant attitude. Tv not working in the gym, also some exercising machines.Nobody bothers to check or repair. Tried restaurant in the hotel/Cortes club. It was totally empty ,courteous waiter.Food tasty.When I had asked for the bill was asked cash or card.I settled on card.After realising cash was left in the room told a waiter would prefer card. The new waiter appeared and hearing that the preferred method of payment was changed became angry and aggressive. Definitely not a four star hotel. Tried to get in touch/ email with reception manager who never bothered to respond to my request to meet up help to improve service in his hotel. My impression is badly managed hotel with a stuff with an attitude. One gets impression their main attention is on Korean and sports groups. AVOUD AT ALL COSTS.

Hotel quite ok but in my room there was a stain on the carpet, dirty walls, boards, dust inside the desk. Very lovely girls who brought breakfast to the room. Food quite boring I didn't get butter, cold milk for my son's cornfleaks. Low quality sausage. By phone not every one speaks English and understand . 2 times i said dont want eggs and they bring eggs . The neighborhood itself quiet and boring nothing special around. If you want to see something better stay in Zagreb because it is more of a village. I seen much better hotels. Staff friendly in reception aswell. Regards
