The Hotel is good with its clean and calm environment and the receptionist was welcoming. The Rooms were small but were clean everything was provided and whenever we asked for anything like water extra towels and Iron for pressing they provided. We booked a Room with 4 beds but had no space to offer prayer. The price is affordable. The inside environment is great but when you go out of the hotel the environment suddenly changes it's difficult to go that way because the odor will make you so uncomfortable.

We came from abroad expecting what we purchased but didn’t receive it. The location is alright since it is close to haram and supermarkets but has lots of elevation. Prayer room had lots of space and it was clean. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our stay here but at least it was a place to sleep.

Very unclean rooms and it was full of cockroaches and when we asked to clean the room or give another room they told there is no cleaning staff as it’s 8.00 pm and no other room is available . That night we had to adjust with that unclean room . Next day when we asked the reception guy for cleaning they asked to call from the phone and the room phone was also not working . 3 days we were totally helpless as nobody was ready to clean the room .4 th day when we complained again some one came and applied the cockroach spray in the room when the kids were in the room and when we complained they gave another room temporarily .The cleaning staffs are very rude . There was not even a dust bin and every time when we ask they tells ok will bring and no one shows up. We had to adjust with this during our 5 days stay . They claim to be four start and I don’t understand on what basis . Even it does not have 3 star standard.
